CoreGen meticulously selects highly talented individuals for the CoreGen Internship Program, focusing on nurturing and developing young talent. Our program offers practical training and mentorship tailored to the intern’s academic specialization. For graduate students, we collaborate with their university counsellors to enhance the internship experience, ensuring it contributes to their academic growth through credits, commendation letters, certifications, and hands-on project involvement. Additionally, we offer paid internships, evaluated on an individual basis, which come with standard benefits.

Are you a soon-to-be graduate with a passion for tech?

CGUS is looking for innovative and tech savvy individuals to join our New Grad Tech Academies. We are looking for bright and energetic individuals to support client journeys in high-end business and IT consulting, systems integration, transformational outsourcing, and intellectual property.

Whether it’s a new grad tech academy or a new grad position, CoreGen provides a stellar experience for our new grads. When you join CoreGen, you can expect to:

Our tech academies run from 5-18 weeks and are designed to provide you with in depth learning to set you up for success once you move into your new role. As a participant in the academy, you will join CoreGen with a cohort of new graduates who will be part of your learning journey.

You will work on individual and group assignments while getting coaching and guidance from our trainers and a representative from one of our business units. Once you graduate from the academy, you will have the chance to work in a mature Agile team which uses latest technologies.

On the New Grad program, there are two cohorts - January and June start dates. Recruitment for the January cohort starts in September. Recruitment for the June cohort commences in January.

You are eligible if you have…
Undergraduates:

Completed university or college within 12 months of applying to CoreGen.
Less than 18 months of relevant work experience (excluding co-ops and internships)
Post Grad/Master's Students:

Completed university or college within 12 months of applying to CoreGen
3 years or less of full-time work experience (excluding co-ops and internships)
